Do you struggle with self image and confidence? Do you put yourself down a lot? Do you find it hard to recieve compliments because you think the person offering it, is "just being nice" OR worse still that they are misguided?  This course helps you reflect upon your thought processes, to understand what is happening and help you take control of your thoughts.

The course will run over 2 hours and timings are flexible to include daytime, evening or twilight sessions.
