This workshop is designed to help staff, to understand the crucial part that observations play, in caring for children. It looks at the effectiveness of a range of observation methods, in order to ensure staff are choosing the right observation, for the right situation. Attendees will also evaluate good practice by assessing the quality of observations carried out.
